Our Charter
(founded July 4, 2009)
Mission
To ensure Missouri's Congressional members uphold the 10th Amendment.
Accountability
Call on all Missouri elected and campaigning officials for congressional seats to sign a pledge upholding the 10th Amendment. Lists will be made public. We will monitor all legislative votes to assure the principles of the 10th Amendment are enforced.
Membership
We encourage all Missouri residents to join or support the Missouri Sovereignty Project. Members will be placed in one of two activity levels of their choosing: Leadership and General
Political Party Affiliation
Political party affiliation is irrelevant. We serve and align with all Missourians and their legislators, state and federal, who stand firmly behind enforcing the Bill of Rights' 10th Amendment and the enumerated powers outlined in Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.
Tenor
The Missouri Sovereignty Project’s mission is grounded in the United States Constitution, ensuring first and foremost freedom of speech. Therefore, no member will verbally or literally abuse any public official, any media representative, or any individual who opposes the Project’s mission.
